We are a team with decades of experience in furniture manufacturing, design, quality control, supply chain management, retail, hospitality, and all aspects of furniture industry operations. We have worked extensively across multiple countries, including Vietnam, China, Indonesia, Portugal, Spain, the USA, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, Poland, and the UK.

How long is the standard lease agreement? Our standard lease term is 60 months.

Can I extend the lease agreement? Yes, leases can be extended and there is a 50% price discount offer on lease extensions.

Do you provide design services? Yes, we provide design support in two ways.

We collaborate with clients and their interior designers to support furniture design and package requirements and also to refine furniture designs, ensuring feasibility and quality through product engineering, material selection, and classification.

Alternatively, we offer bespoke designs from top furniture designers, including those who have created pieces for international brands like Restoration Hardware, Bernhardt, Soho Home, Roche Bobois and Baker.

What is included with the lease price? Our daily lease rate is charged per room and includes high quality furniture, support & maintenance, de-installation at end-of-term, impact tracking.

Is there a setup fee? Yes. The setup fee covers shipping and installation and is calculated based on location.

Is furniture maintenance included in the contract? Yes. All furniture is maintained by our service technicians throughout the lease term.

Does B2D take care of shipping and installation? Yes. We provide a full turnkey service, including shipping, installation, maintenance, and de-installation.

What happens when our lease agreement ends? Once your lease ends, we will de-install the furniture. It will then be transported to our warehouse, where it will be prepared for reuse, refurbishment, or recycling, forming the next generation of furniture.

What happens if the furniture is not suitable for reuse or refurbishment? After the lease term, if the furniture is not suitable for reuse or refurbishment, it is disassembled into parts for future projects through remanufacturing.
